The Station Ltd has been re-accredited by the Quality Improvement Council. The accreditation is valid for three years from May 26th of 2009 until May 26th of 2012. This has been an extensive project, which has taken a great part of our working hours while assisting our daily client service activities. We have completed all the required documentation followed by a large number of recommendations based on the QMS team review report. The Station Ltd will have to provide ‘continuous quality improvement’ in the course of Quality Work Plan reports, which are future submissions to follow. This will assist us to maintain quality service provision which continues to be an important focus of the organisation.
On the 27th of March 2006, The Station Ltd. was successfully accredited with Quality Management Services. Over twelve months, The Station worked to achieve this outcome as the first homeless community services to be accredited. We are continuing to work on improving and maintaining this quality of work through progress reports and proformas.
