The Station Ltd has a range of Outreach services such as Centrelink assistance, a Psychiatric Doctor, a General Practitioner and Legal Services.
On Mondays from 10:00 am until 12:00 midday The Station Ltd has an outreach service provided by Homeless Persons Legal Service. There are two visiting firms HWL Ebsworth and Henry Davis York. The firms provide probono services assisting with legal advice, information, referral, court representation and enquiries. To see the Lawyers you don’t have to make an appointment, just ask staff to put your name on the list.
On Tuesdays from 8:30 am The Station Ltd has a Psychiatric Dr and a Social Worker from St Vincent’s Mental Health Homeless Health Team. They provide services such as mental health assessment, review, follow up, referral, advice, information and medication administration for clients who need assistance with their mental health. The Station Ltd has an outreach direct line service from Department of Human Services Sydney Homelessness. Who can assist with advice and information with any issues or concerns you may be having with your Centrelink payment, registering with Centrelink, applying for a Newstart, DSP or Age pension payment, fortnightly forms and more. EBT cards cannot be provided. You do not need to make an appointment, simply come to the Center between 9:00 am and 11:30 am Mon to Fri.
The Station’s has a General Practitioner and Registered Nurse , they are available on Mondays from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. The Doctor and Nurse are from St Vincent’s Hospital Homeless Health Team. They are able to assist with scripts, advise, a treatment plan, write medical assessments for Housing application, follow up appointments, advice and referrals.
